My Approach

How I work.

My approach is warm and collaborative, rooted in curiosity about you as an individual and how you navigate through the world. I believe that no matter who we are, therapy can play a vital role in helping us live more connected, authentic, and fulfilling lives.

Grief & Loss

I specialize in grief in all its forms — the loss of a person, a relationship, a body, an era of life. Everyone processes grief differently and on their own timeline. My role is to create a safe space to face loss without being rushed toward resolution.

End-of-Life & Palliative Care

I have extensive experience supporting patients and families navigating terminal illness, hospice, and end-of-life care — including the complex emotions and decisions that surround it. I hold a Palliative Care Fellowship from Fordham University.

Life Transitions

I work with individuals and couples facing trauma, caregiving stress, illness, identity exploration, and the transitions — expected and unexpected — that reshape who we are.

LGBTQ+ Affirming Care

I have significant experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, offering affirming, relational care on a wide range of concerns — from identity and relationships to grief and community belonging.

Individuals & Couples

I work with adults 18 and older — both individuals and couples — using a psychodynamic approach rooted in curiosity about you as a person and how you navigate the world.
